Beginning in 2022, we represent WNBA players in contract negotiations and disciplinary disputes. Our background as attorney-agents allows us to provide full service representation that is second to none and ensures that our athletes receive the maximum compensation for their value. This includes advertising rights and potential performance bonuses. CNSL has contacts with each organization and an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of each team. We will work to find the best possible fit for each client so that our athletes can rest assured in their role.
FIBA (Overseas Basketball)
Our agency began with international basketball, and we never forget our roots. Our growing network has experience placing players on both sides of the Atlantic and is working to gain contact throughout the burgeoning Asian market. CNSL has an in-depth understanding of the international market and its major players, including Eurobasket. Whether you’re an experienced professional or a recent graduate looking to get their foot in the door, we will work across time zones to make sure you have every opportunity to build a career that is consistent with your goals and values. But our representation does not stop once you’re overseas. We keep in regular contact with all our clients to insure their overseas accommodations and expectations are being met. At CNSL, we’re not just agents, we’re advocates.
In April 2022, the National Women’s Soccer League signed its first ever collective bargaining agreement. This historic document lays out player’s rights and responsibilities, standardized player contracts, and also created new avenues for player movement—such as free agency. We can help you understand the opportunities that exist for you in one of the fastest growing women’s leagues in the world.
